The text you copied from Słownik geograficzny... (Geographisches Woerterbuch) means:

Hłumcza, village in powiat Nowograd Wolynsk, gmina (Gemeinde) Emilczyn or Emilitschin, 151 peasant souls, total area 939 (some units which I do not recognize). Part of Emilczyn welfare, belongs to family Uwarov. It has six 'smolarnie' or 'Teerofen' in German as you write, do not know how it is in English.
