I am looking for some (geografical and more) information regarding my ancestors, too. They were of Polish-Lituanian origin. Their Hutor (single house built by Grandpa and Grandma in 1915) was situated near Hlumca. The children went to school in Bronitsa. Gorodnitsa (Horodnycja) was the little town where they went to church (catholics). My family possessed some farm land (about 15 hectars). The family Name of my Grandfather was Gnitecki (from Ivanovka), my Grandmother was a born Baginska. A cousin of them went by the name Zygmunt Karlinski, leved in Petrikov. Has anyone got a good map of the region? Does anyone know how to get hold on data (birth registration, possess a.s.o.) of people in Volhynia around 1920? Thank You, Greg
