Gerhard has given a reasonably good suggestion but unfortunately there is no proof. I looked very hard over my maps in the region of Lipowiec, Anatolia, and Holeszow, all of which are also mentioned in your documents. I could not find any good matches.

One possibility not previously mentioned is that the beginning of the word might be IL instead of U. In Leona Janke's book, "Place Names of Volhynia", she mentions ILJANOWKA, district of Kiwerce. That would be in the same region as Lipowiec but, unfortunately, I cannot find it on a map either. This is just another guess. I have no way of knowing if this could be your village.

My suggestion would be for you to find the birth record in the Rozyszcze Parish records. These records are grouped by village in the order that the pastor visited to collect the records. If you find one or two village names before this record and one or two after, you can see the approximate route that the pastor travelled. This will at least give you the approximate location of your village.
