I have succeeded in finding a website showing the major railways in the most of Russia, including Wolhynia. It is dated 1891. http://www.rollintl.com/roll/russ1891map.htm

There must be someone knowing about the village of Nov.Ivanovskoj / Nowo Iwanowskoje in the nothern part of Caucasus because other Germans from the area of Tutschin were sent hier. The number must have been relative high because they were able to buy a train to make their way back home.

If anyone knows of this place, please let me know.
