There is a website called Odessa - http://www.odessa3.org - which is a German-Russian genealogical library - hosted by a university in Virginia, USA. Only in English but not difficult to search.
Among the many digital collections is one from the St. Petersburg Archives - the births, marriages and deaths of several areas - including Wolhynia - but only up to 1885. http://www.odessa3.org/collections/stpete/volhynia/

Try searching the decades 1860s, 1870s, 1880s.

Also, there is a Canadian site - www.sggee.org in Calgary, Alberta - Ein Verein für Familienkunde in Polen und Wolhynien - Society for German Genealogy in Eastern Europe. They have resource information as well.
