I do not see Staryna on any of my maps but I have a guess at what it might be.

On my Polish map, many places are shown with "do" before the name. For example, SW of Szczurzyn is the village of Woronczyn. Within a short distance of that village are 3 places, all called "do Woronczyna". I do not know what "do" means but I think it might be the equivalent of Vw. = Volwark.

About 3 km south (and also 3 km north) of Szczurzyn are places called "do Szczurzyna". The letters `Szcz` are often written in German, `St`. I therefore think that perhaps one of these 2 places is your Staryna or perhaps more correctly, Sturzyna.
