I found a death certificate for:

Rudolf Herzog in Rutland-Kelowna BC, Canada on 1 July 1951. Father Gottlieb Herzog and mother Salome Kretchmer. Is this who you speak of?

I am connected through both Herzog and Kretchmer from my grandpa Samuel Bohn's family who lived in Michalowka, Volyhnia.
