Hi Ed. I know that you are aware of the SGGEE website as you are a Mailing List subscriber. There are lists on this website of available records but they are in German. If you want them in English, you can go to http://www.sggee.org/church_parishes/LutheransInVolhyniaKievPodolia . To deal with your time frame of interest, you should also consider the time line chart for parish formations at http://www.sggee.org/church_parishes/VolhynianParishesDiagram.pdf . This will help you to determine which parish books hold the info you are after.

If you don't see required records available, your only hope would be to hire someone to research records which may be held in local archives in Rowno.
