I have a Carl Johann Mathes (born circa 1863) married to Elizabeth Oswald (born circa 1863). Carl Johann is from Galicia (son of Valentin Mathes and Catherine Guenther). They are married in 1884 and live near Ludmilpol in the Valdimir Vohlynski area. If you think these may be a part of your family I can send you a jpeg image of their wedding document. Robert Norenberg
