Hallo, weiss jemand , warum di odessa , die won Bessarabia eitragane haben bis nach die jahre 1900 , http://odessa3.org/collections/bess/koblenz/link/kob-dob.txt
und die Wolhyner nur bis 1885?

Das info ist von andere Archive. Vor Wolhynien - St. Petersburg Archive in Russland. Vor Bessarabia - Koblenz Archive in Deutschland.

Sorry but I am not sure I understand the question. There are no microfilms from Volhynia after 1885.
People from Volhynia will appear in the EWZ films but these are more difficult to research.

The EWZ only applies to those Germans who were forced to return to German territory during and after WW II. Of course many of them were from Volhynia so you might find relevant family information. For more details (in English), go to [ http://www.daveobee.com/links/ewz.htm ]
