I am very pleased you have responded!
I live in Florida, USA, and am the great-grandson of Emma Bertha Louise Wasserfurth.
She had a son (or maybe her grandson, I do not know), who I knew as Bernard Meinke, however I know when they immigrated, they changed his name.
They came to the USA in 1923 on a ship called "Seidlitz".
My mother now lives in Croatia, but they will visit for the Holidays next week.
I am very excited that I will be able to share this information with her, as she has been looking a very long time to find any relatives from common ancestors.
