Szram would simply be a Slavicized spelling of the same surname as Schramm, so in Volhynian records you would need to search under both spellings. By the same token, I occasionally have to search for "Sziller" or "Szyller" instead of "Schiller" -- it's still the same name, it's just that a few of the records were written with the Slavic spelling instead of the German one.
