I cannot read your language very well but I think your are asking about passenger ship lists from Bremen to Quebec for December 1908 or January, 1909.

There is no website for such arrivals but one of my friends has extracted all the Germans from Russia passengers arriving in Canada between 1900 and 1914. You can find links to these lists at http://www.odessa3.org/collections/ships/ . You will find Quebec arrivals near the bottom of the page.

It is important to understand that it is very unlikely that any ships arrived at Quebec in December or January as this is the middle of winter and the river would have been frozen over. People arriving in the winter would usually land at Halifax or St. John. Be sure to look at those 2 ports if you do not find your people in the Quebec records.
