The Nataliendorf you reference is the only one known to have had German residents. It still exists today under the name Nataliewka and is virtually a suburb of Nowograd-Wolhynsk.
To see it on a relatively modern map, go to http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/EART/x-ussr/ukraine.html and click on Zitomir. On the next page, click on #58 and, if necessary, enlarge the resulting map.
In the upper left corner is the city of Nowograd-Wolhynsk. Look just below horizontal line 10 and to the right of vertical line 40. The place name that begins "HATA..." is Nataliewka (or in this case, a direct transliteration would be Natalowka).
