you can search here in this online-database for your surname: http://www.odessa3.org/search.html. I can read some entries with the spelling names Jacob and Catharina/e too, but this are very often different lines.

One birth entry can be intresting for you:

Catharine SEIB * 19.02.1880 in Lipiany / + 20.05.1883 in Pulganow
daugther of Jacob SEIB & Catharine FAENGLER

But without datas from your persons, it is very hard to help or compare with other data resources.

An other hint for you is our researcher list here: http://www.wolhynien.de/foko1.htm. For example from the family TITSCHKOWSKY in the region Wincentow near the ukrainian village Beresk I know, that Carl Heinrich (cantor in Wincentow) married a Catharina SEIB. One son was Nikolaus TITSCHKOWSKY * 13.04.1885, this you can read in the same database. If you search in the same region and time, please let me know it, this family is known for me complete.
