It seems that there are significant spelling errors with your 2 place names. Are they from family stories or from a document which you have?

For example, one can find Radin in Belarus but no Rorkoschin. There is Rakoshin in Ukraine but no Radin or Rorkoschin. You can check other options that sound similar by using http://www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/loctown.htm

If your information is from a document, then perhaps there is some other clue on it that might help. For example, some documents have a seal or stamp of the originating office which shows another place name.
