Go to http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/EART/soviet_maps.html. Click on Ukraine, then on Zhitomir. Finally click on Yablonets (#45). Go down to horizontal line 28 and over to vertical line 82. Just below that you will see the village Хотыж. That is Chotisch.
