I doubt that anyone here speaks Polish. For translations from Polish, I often use the "Polish Genealogical Word List" of FamilySearch, which is very useful. Download is here:

Also, SGGEE has some sample translations of Polish language church records that may help.

I have been successful in find the death record for my gggg-grandmother! If my notes are correct she died 2 Dec 1822. She was the wife of Michael Fennig. I'm wondering however if someone here can translate the document for me?
